Anyone who has visited this site and done much
reading on the feedback page, “Readers Also Write,” has undoubtedly seen many
contributions from “Roland” noted therein.
This man works tirelessly as a researcher and “sharer” of the truth as
he discovers and defines it. I thought
it was about time he had his own section on this site to share much of that
truth, because if anyone deserves a personal forum on the Internet, he
definitely qualifies.
Roland and I do not see exactly eye-to-eye on
everything – that only adds to the motto of this site – “Unique Point Of
View.” Each and every one of us should
have that unique point of view that is exclusively ours alone. That does not negate the value of our
individual beliefs. These beliefs
should be shared in this environment of educational facts and opinions. We are not, after all, the “National
Education Association” seeking to standardize learning in this freedom-loving country. We are individuals with a desire to make
things better for all Americans living now and those who will follow.
I am convinced that Roland Croteau deserves to
have his tireless research and dissemination of information published in this

interesting experience he had while actively working for the CIA. "I was flown in a small plane by

countries issue ID cards to illegal aliens in U.S.

Guatemala,
Honduras, Poland, Peru and El Salvador, aware of Mexico's success in getting
identification cards to its citizens in the United States, including those here
illegally, have begun or are considering issuing cards of their own, federal
officials said yesterday.
Known as "matricula consular cards,"
the digitally-coded documents are being used by Mexican nationals in the United
States as legal forms of identification, giving the holders the ability to
apply for social services, open bank accounts, cash checks, sign lease and
rental agreements, and board airplanes.
The laminated cards, which do not list the
holder's immigration status, also are being used as a legal form of
identification by those stopped or questioned by police. Nearly a million of
the cards were issued last year by the Mexican government to Mexican nationals
now in this country.
In the wake of the Mexican program, Guatemala
began issuing similar identity cards last year known as the "Tarjeta de
Identificacion Consular." It plans eventually to make them available to
the estimated 327,000 Guatemalans living in the United States.
Honduras, Poland and Peru have the matter under
serious consideration. El Salvador has begun issuing a secure, in-country
identification card known as the Documento Unico de Identidad (DUI), but has
not said whether it will expand the program.
While Mexican President Vicente Fox has been
unsuccessful after the September 11 attacks on America in getting new amnesty
agreements, he has overseen an active lobbying campaign by the Mexican
government to persuade U.S. mayors, police chiefs and bank presidents to accept
the cards as legal identification.
Hundreds of state and local governments, along
with 798 police agencies and 74 banks, now accept the cards for identification
purposes — despite warnings by federal law-enforcement authorities of potential
widespread fraud involving the cards.
The Mexican lobbying effort first targeted U.S.
banks that hope to cash in on some of the $9.5 billion sent home last year by
the Mexican nationals in this country unable to open bank accounts because of a
lack of proper identification.
Wells Fargo Bank was the first to accept the
card, approving its use in 2001. At the time, the bank said the decision was
made with the support of the Bush administration and the Treasury Department.
Ironically, no major bank in Mexico lists the
"matricula consular card" among the official identification documents
they accept to open an account, and the cards are recognized for identification
purpose in only 10 of Mexico's 32 states and districts.
In a report released yesterday, the
Washington-based Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) said the Mexican
government undertook an aggressive grass-roots lobbying campaign to win acceptance
of the cards, especially in areas where Mexican illegal aliens are
concentrated.
The report, by Marti Dinerstein, said the
objective was to achieve quasi-legal status for the 3 million to 5 million
Mexican illegal aliens in the United States without waiting for now-stalled
amnesty legislation.
According to the report, the card is useful only
for illegal aliens, since legal immigrants, by definition, have U.S.
government-issued documents. The report also said Mexico cannot guarantee the
security of the cards since the government does not authenticate the documents
used to obtain them against computerized data files in Mexico.

to prevent the issuance of multiple cards to the same person, noting that the
U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service already has reported finding
several cards in different names issued to the same person.
"Mexico's marketing of its consular cards is
a direct challenge to U.S. sovereignty," Miss Dinerstein said at a press
conference. "By aggressively lobbying state and local governments to
accept them, Mexico is changing America's de facto immigration policy in lieu
of congressional action.
"And it has been doing so while the U.S.
government watched — or even gave its consent," she said, adding that
acceptance of the cards sets a precedent that makes it almost impossible to
reject similar cards from other countries.
The cards cost $29, are valid for five years and
can be obtained from any of the 47 Mexican consular offices in this country
with a birth certificate, official ID photo and proof of U.S. residence.
About the size of a driver's license, they
contain the bearer's photo, name, address, date and place of birth, signature
and the official seal of Mexico.
Last week, the General Services Administration
suspended recognition of the cards at federal facilities pending an
investigation. The GSA said once the probe is completed, a recommendation would
be made to federal law enforcement and security agencies to ensure the cards'
integrity and security.

to England, he entered Parliament and presided over prison reform. There he got
the idea of founding a colony in America where the poor and destitute could
start afresh and where people persecuted for their faith could find refuge.
James Oglethorpe secured a charter for the Colony of Georgia
and on this day, January 13, 1733, one hundred
and twenty settlers, who had sailed across the ocean to America, went ashore,
knelt down and declared: "Our end in leaving our native country is not to
gain riches and honor, but singly this: to live wholly to the glory of
God."

To All,
The IRS just
went to a new level with me.
My wife had to
use the front door last night (which is rare) and found an unmarked, large
envelope taped to the door. Our names were on it but that was all. She opened
it to find three standard IRS documents/booklets regarding their collection
process and my "rights", etc.
This is new.
We've not had them actually come to our home before. The warnings are ominous
in that they say this is a final warning and they may come to force us out of
our home. (Please understand I have been through the "Certified Mail"
process from the IRS with their " Notice of Intent to Levy" more than
once.) I have made my position plain to anyone who has read my affidavit. I'll
live free or die.
If for some
reason, I should drop off the net without warning, chances are something has
happened. I wouldn't mind if y'all would print this out and keep it in the
event there is a "showdown".

My family, my
wife and her family were quite sure I started to "round the bend"
when I joined Bob Schulz in DC in July 2001 and began a fast until death in an
effort to get our "government" to answer our redress of grievances
regarding the income tax. After many years of fighting and going nowhere (for
me), Bob seemed to make the most sense....go into the heart of the beast...the
source. As you know, government signed a "promise" to meet us
in a PUBLIC forum on July 20th 2001 but eventually reneged. I realized, without
a doubt that Washington, DC (and all of its attendant agencies down
through the state and local levels) was/is not our government if they will not
honor their end of the "contract", meaning the Constitution and Bill
of Rights...especially after nearly 3 years of humble pleadings/petitions.
I wrote out and
sent my Affidavit: Statement of Facts, Declaration of Independence and Rules of
Engagement to President Bush, Speaker Hastert, (then) Leader Daschle and all my
congressmen from the federal down to the state and local levels.
I have informed
my congressmen over and over and mailed or faxed them every correspondence
between the IRS and myself for the last couple of years and have full
documentation covering several more years (as I built my case) only to receive
tripe back in response. I also fully understand the court system is so corrupt
and cowardly, I'll never find truth, justice or remedy there.
Even the less
educated should understand this; we either have a Constitution and
a Bill of Rights or we don't. IF we have a
Constitution, then government MUST answer the people. If they
don't (AND THEY HAVE NOT AND WILL NOT!), then I am not bound
to be obedient to their "color of law" by any standard. I cannot
and will not support a government that operates as extortionists and cannot
even produce a "law" that says I am responsible (and most of the
"citizens of the "United States") for their "tribute"
(after being given every possible opportunity). I clearly understand the scam
of the "Federal Reserve System" and the perpetual debt it has put us
all under.
As far as I am
concerned the insanity, the intellectual/emotional muggings, the waiting in
terror for "the next shoe to drop", the ruthlessness of their evil
stops here and now.
To the IRS I say...you want me...come and get me. You
understand the "Rules of Engagement". Do what you have to do and I
will do the same.
To anyone
reading this...I hope, that in the event of a final "showdown"
(realizing I am outgunned), that someone come here and learn the truth and then
spread the story of what happened far and wide to let others know...I was a
man, a man who said he would live under his God's Laws and wished to harm
no-one but could no longer live under man-made tyranny and took his stand.

world the cowards my congressmen are...I am sending a copy of this to each.
Their names are Nickles, Inhofe and Lucas. They wouldn't help me when I was in
DC and pled with them to help me arrive at the truth and I am quite confident

"helping us".
Here
is one other input from Roland to ponder as you consider his plight.

Roots in the United States
Did you know that 52 of the 55 signers of the Declaration of Independence were
orthodox, deeply committed Christians? The other three all believed in the
Bible as the divine truth, the God of scripture, and His personal intervention.
It is the same Congress that formed the American Bible Society. Immediately
after creating the Declaration of Independence, the Continental Congress voted
to purchase and import 20,000 copies of scripture for the people of this
nation.
Patrick Henry, who is called the firebrand of the American Revolution,is still
remembered for his words, "Give me liberty or give me death." But in
current textbooks the context of these words is deleted. Here is what he
actually said: "An appeal to arms and the God of hosts is all that is left
us. But we shall not fight our battle alone. There is a just God that presides
over the destinies of nations. The battle sir, is not to the strong alone. Is life so dear or peace so sweet as to be
purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it almighty God. I know
not what course others may take, but as for me, give me liberty, or give me
death."
These sentences have been erased from our textbooks. Was Patrick Henry a
Christian? The following year, 1776, he wrote this "It cannot be
emphasized too strongly or too often that this great Nation was founded not by
religionists, but
by Christians; not on religions, but on the Gospel of Jesus Christ. For that
reason alone, people of other faiths have been afforded freedom of worship
here."
Consider these words that Thomas Jefferson wrote on the front of his well-worn
Bible: "I am a real Christian, that is to say, a disciple of the doctrines
of Jesus. I have little doubt that our whole country will soon be rallied to
the unity of our Creator " He was also the chairman of the American Bible
Society, which he considered his highest and most important role.
On July 4, 1821, President Adams said, "The highest glory of the American
Revolution was this: it connected in one indissoluble bond the principles of
civil government with the principles of Christianity."
Calvin Coolidge, our 30th President of the United States reaffirmed this truth
when he wrote, "The foundations of our society and our government rest so
much on the teachings of the Bible that it would be difficult to support them
if faith in these
teachings would cease to be practically universal in our country."
In 1782, the United States Congress voted this resolution: "The Congress
of the United States recommends and approves the Holy Bible for use in all
schools."
William Holmes McGuffey is the author of the McGuffey Reader, which was used
for over 100 years in our public schools with over 125 million copies sold
until it was stopped in 1963. President Lincoln called him the
"Schoolmaster of the Nation."
Listen to these words of Mr. McGuffey: "The Christian religion is the
religion of our country. From it are
derived our notions on the character of God, on the great moral Governor of the
universe. On its doctrines are founded
the peculiarities of our free institutions. From no source has the author drawn
more conspicuously than from the sacred Scriptures. From all these
extracts from the Bible I make no apology."
Of the first 108 universities founded in America, 106 were distinctly
Christian, including the first, Harvard University, chartered in 1636. In
the original Harvard Student Handbook, rule number 1 was that students seeking
entrance must know
Latin and Greek so that they could study the scriptures: "Let every
student be plainly instructed and earnestly pressed to consider well, the main
end of his life and studies is, to know God and Jesus Christ, which is eternal
life, John 17:3; and therefore to lay Jesus Christ as the only foundation for
our children to follow the moral principles of the Ten Commandments? James
Madison, the primary author of the Constitution of the United States, said
this: "We have staked the whole future of our new nation not upon the
power of government; far from it. We have staked the future of all our
political constitutions upon the capacity of each of ourselves to govern
ourselves according to the moral principles of the Ten Commandments."
Today, we are asking God to bless America. But, how can He bless a Nation that
has departed so far from Him? Prior to September 11, He was not welcome in
America. Most of what you read in this article has been erased from our
textbooks. Revisionists have rewritten
history to remove the truth about our country's Christian roots. You are
encouraged to make copies, and share with others, so that
the truth of our nation's history will be told.
