The Dream Act
The "Dream
Act" is the next big thing in the lame duck Congress. Supporters say
one thing Detractors say something different. No one in the media seems
to understand the consequences. So the public is bombarded with insightful
rhetoric that foments racial division. Once again Imam Obama and his
merry band of Marxists try to divide and conquer the American people.
Supporters say the
"Dream Act" gives children of Illegal Aliens who have been in this
country for many years an opportunity to gain citizenship rather than be
deported. Among other provisions, they must have a clean legal record, be
American school educated, and speak English. Those who join the military
and serve the country will be given automatic amnesty. This is a policy
that goes back to the beginning of American history. In the 19th century
many Irish immigrants among others became citizens by joining the American
army.
Detractors say the
"Dream Act" is an open doorway to Illegal Alien amnesty across the
board. Children brought from other countries (not born in the U.S.) will
be given amnesty, first. Eventually ALL ILLEGAL ALIENS will be given
amnesty. Of course, the Democrats also want to register illegal aliens as
Democrats, and rely on their "block" votes to put more Marxists in
power.
Like almost everything Congress does there has not been an adequate explanation
about the so-called "Dream Act." Perhaps with a better
understanding we wouldn't have to do what Pelosi and the other Marxists
want, "Pass the act so we can see what is in it!!!!!" With
FACTS the American people won't have to resort to hype and misinformation.

Child Nutrition Bill
Isn't it a wonderful
thing that the United Socialist States of America (USSA) has such champions of
good nutrition as Barack and Michelle Obama to show us how to feed our
children? I'm not sure that any parent today has enough knowledge to feed
their children, or themselves without assistance from Barry Barack Hussein

A child nutrition bill

Americans who utilize
air transportation, including little children, the elderly, and Catholic nuns
are X-rayed, manhandled and groped at American airports because politically

emcee apologized because for the first time in memory we had no birthday
message from the President. We were stunned. When it came time to
toast our commander-in-chief almost no one drank from his/her glass.

Generation?
If the period from 1939 to1945 involved America's
Greatest Generation, the years between 1969 and 1979 may have given us the
Worst Generation. The mass unwashed, hippies with their dope smoking,
acid dropping drug culture, combined with anti-war protests, and phony social
consciousness gave us "The Age of Aquarius" and a new era of
irresponsibility, affirmative action, elitism and entitlement.
The 26th
Amendment of the Constitution was passed based on the argument that children
should be allowed to vote. The argument was that 18-year-olds could
drink and be conscripted into the military, so they ought to be allowed to
vote. That was then. This is now.
Eighteen-year-olds aren't allowed to drink anymore. There is no longer a
draft. Under Obamacare adults are considered children if they stay at home with
their parents until after the age of 26. Therefore, the right to vote for
"children" should be rescinded along with a repeal of the 26th
Amendment. The only citizens who should be allowed to vote regardless of
age are active duty members of the military.
Further, prisoners should not be allowed to vote,
and felons should be forbidden to ever cast a vote. Illegal Aliens should
not be registered to vote, nor should non-citizen immigrants. A voting
test should be initiated to ensure authorized voters are intelligent, aware and
mentally stable enough to make rational decisions. Test questions should
ensure a basic knowledge of American history, and civics.
Of course this will never happen in the
United Socialist States of America (USSA) because it would greatly reduce
the opportunity for Marxists to ever be elected in this country again. In
fact, if only knowledgeable, rational, loyal, logical voters, 21 years of
age or older were allowed to cast a ballot, politicians like, Algore
(sic), John Kerry, Joe Biden, Barbara Boxer, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid,
Barney Frank, et.al., and the leader-of-them-all Imam Barry Barack Hussein

compromise his Marxist beliefs. He told them the vote indicated that Americans
want more of the changes he wants, i.e., Obamacare,

bailouts, Illegal Alien amnesty, increased entitlements, and BIG
GOVERNMENT CONTROL!
Imam Obama told Moveon, "We always knew bringing about
change in Washington wouldn’t be easy, and it might get tougher in the days
ahead,” The message I took away from the elections is very simple: The
American people are still frustrated. They still want change; we just have to work
harder to deliver the change the American people want.” What
change Imam Obama; more Marxism, racism, and less freedom? I will not be
pushed to the back of the bus by an ineligible, unqualified, failure who is a
"secret" Muslim and trained Marxist.
According to newsmax.com, an arrogant and unrepentant Obama said all Marxist
activist organizations like MoveOn must work harder pushing the Obama agenda
“until every American sees real change in their own lives, we didn’t sign up
for doing what was easy, we signed up for doing what was right,” he said of his
policies to fix (sic) America. “We are going to continue to take all the time
it takes –– and all the effort it takes –– to get our country back on
track.” The major problem I see with America dear readers, is OBAMA!
The NewsMax article continues: "Obama wants MoveOn to keep the spirit of
hope and change alive because it helps him translate that spirit into
accomplishment. “To those who began the journey with me almost four years ago,
think about how far we’ve come,” Obama said. “Think about the ups and downs we

counted us out and we always came back. The same thing is going to happen over

This attitude explains why Pelosi and Reid are so defiant

future. It also should convince all those who are falling for the
"let us now compromise, lets get something done across the aisle"

America back from the Marxists. The defeat was a loud message that HOPE

Obama is now going on a two week vacation with 3000 of his "closest

One wonders the
fate of the miners under the Imam Obama Regime. The government would
still be studying why saving the miners would not be cost effective. The rescue

his "attack dog" Attorney General to sue, then encouraged the
president of Mexico to "blast" a North American state!
Instead of taking a presidential course of action,
and securing United Socialist States of America (USSA) borders, Imam Obama
is protecting ILLEGAL ALIENS because he needs the Latino vote to continue his
Marxist programs. To add insult to injury the very Leftist 9th Circuit
Court of Appeals in the Soviet Republic of California issued a ruling last
Monday, allowing Mexico, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Costa
Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru and Chile to join in on this lawsuit and submit
"friend-of-the-court" briefs in Imam Obama's challenge to SB 1070,
which Governor Brewer signed into law in April.

Republic has a president invited foreign countries to join a court suit against
an American state. Imam Obama stands with ILLEGAL ALIENS against his

America everything centers around Black and White, especially now that we have
an Arab, Black, and White president. America is a melting pot of peoples
from almost every country on the planet. When they assimilate they become
Americans first. When they don't, they join groups, and band together in

Quarter," "China Town" "Harlem," etc., and they
isolate themselves into ethnic centers which often traps them in poverty.

attention is focused on Black America. Recently, because of the Illegal
Alien drug and crime wave, especially along the southern border, Latinos have
gotten a lot of negative press also. Leftists always like to pick a group
of people and promote them as disenfranchised. Because of the slave
background of many Black American ancestors Leftists like to stir up
"white guilt" while neglecting almost all other ethnic groups all of
whom also have a story. The Leftist media patronize and use ethnic groups
to stir up political dissent, to accomplish their goal of big government

evidence that I am aware of that proves any human life-form originated

indigenous. Many western tribes came from Asia, and The Eastern

Indians are not "Native Americans!" That is just a politically

My ancestors came from Spain, Germany and
Ireland. I'm an "Irish Channel" project kid from New Orleans.
Irish were below Negroes in the pecking order there. Slaves cost money. The
Irish were free! Over 30,000 Irish workers died of starvation and disease
digging the New Basin Canal that was meant to connect the Mississippi River to
Lake Pontchartrain. The canal was never completed because of lack of funding.
It was finally filled in. Some of the Irish workers were so poor they were

Ms.
Zeituni Onlyango was an Illegal Alien who has recently been granted asylum in
the United Socialist States of America (USSA). What makes her special
when compared to the millions of other Illegal Aliens protected by the Obama

aunt who has been an Illegal Alien for years. She is still living in
South Boston public housing, unemployed, and collecting about $700 a month in

In May 2010, Onyango's case went back before the same judge who ordered her out

Marty And Mary’s Epic Gunfight
It was like any other summer
day. My father was cleaning out his work shed. He often did this when he was
bored, or wanted to pass time putting things in order. On this fated day, he
had a disassembled outboard motor that he had repaired and cleaned. “Why don’t
you go to Mr. Gold’s Pawn Shop and see if he wants to buy this outboard motor”
“Okay I replied,” as I ran out the door.
As I got to the front of my
two story uptown house I heard loud sirens screaming angrily. There were the
sounds of high performance car engines racing, and tires screeching to a fast
halt right in front of me. Uniformed police officers exited the vehicles
quickly, guns drawn. They were like busy army ants all dressed in blue, moving
to and fro almost bumping into each other as they hurried into my neighbor
Marty’s house. “What’s up?” I asked to no one in particular. They all looked
right through me as if I wan’t there. One of them said something about a
shooting, but I only heard part of the conversation as I walked quickly to Mr.
Gold’s
When I entered Mr. Gold’s
Pawn Shop, he greeted me pleasantly, “Hey maggot what you wanna’ sell now?” Mr.
Gold was a former active duty Marine. Maggot was what he called all the
neighborhood children when he wasn’t using much more colorful language. Usually
when he saw a child misbehaving he would ask them “Are you retarded, or just
plain stupid? If you’re retarded I’ll give you some slack, but if you’re just
plain stupid I’ll rip your head off and crap down your shoulder blades!” None
of the kids messed with Mr. Gold. They knew that he might not be joking.
My father wants to know if
you want to buy a used outboard motor he just overhauled?”
“I know that motor. It is a
Mercury. That is a pretty good motor. What does he want for it?” said Mr. Gold.
Blaaaam! Blaaaam! Blaaaam! Just about then I heard a gunshot, followed by
another couple of shots coming from the direction of Mr. Marty’s house. “Wow,
what was that? It sounded like a gunshot,” I said. Mr. Gold acted like he
didn‘t hear me. “I think my dad wants five dollars,” I said.
“Go get the outboard motor,
and I’ll give you five dollars,” Mr. Gold replied. “What the hell is going on out
there” he asked?”
“I don’t know, but I’ll find
out if I can,” I responded as I quickly walked out of the pawn shop and into
the street. As I passed the police officers I overheard one officer say to the
other that Mr. Marty stabbed and shot Ms. Mary and then she shot him. That’s
all I understood as I went to get the Mercury motor.
I told my dad what Mr. Gold
said, and he gave me the motor still disassembled, and he smiled knowing that
Mr. Gold thought the motor would be assembled and ready for use. I lifted the
heavy box of parts, put the box into the old rusty wheelbarrow and headed down
the street. Blaaaam! Blaaaam! Blaaaam! More shots rang out from Mr.
Marty’s house followed by blood curdling screams both male and female .
“Damn,” one police officer
said to two of his buddies. “It’s the weirdest gunfight I’ve ever seen. It’s an
epic! Marty told Mary that she ruined his life, and that he never should have
married her in the first place. She got so pissed she threw hot grits on him.
He screamed as he tried to wipe the grits off his neck, chest and hands, He
called her white trash. He picked up a kitchen knife, and stabbed Ms. Mary in
one of her breast implants. It began spewing fluid all over him, and went flat.
She picked up her handgun and shot him in his fat butt. He screamed, picked up
his .38 and shot at her. By this time blood and saline solution were all over
the place. A neighbor called 911, and that’s why we are here.”
“By the time the first
officer arrived on the scene Marty and Mary were locked in mortal combat. They
were rolling around on the kitchen floor like a couple of Ultimate Fighters in
a cage match to the death. The officer continued, "when I finally walked
in Marty and Mary were a mess. There were hair, teeth, and eyeballs all over
the place. Mr. Marty was very still, grits and bodily fluids all over
him." One officer said, “Mr. Marty was dead. “Ms. Mary looked like she
might make it until Officer Johnson tried to straighten her head. Damn fool
broke her neck. Seems she had her night gown on backwards!”
As tragic as the scene was,
all the officers burst into laughter because of the morbid, black humor that
made up the crime scene. None had ever witnessed such an epic domestic
disturbance, nor did they ever think they would ever see anything like it
again. I smiled a bit myself because I knew that no one would ever forget Mr.
Marty’s and Ms. Mary’s epic gunfight, or as it came to be known in urban
legend: “The Shootout on Coliseum Street.”

Democrats in many states are unwilling to purge their voter
registration lists adequately before the November elections. They want to

An organization called "Americans For Restoration" is launching a

As I predicted, Imam Obama packed up Michele and
the girls and headed to the nearest Christian church Sunday for a photo-op to

To prove how much of a Christian he actually is

As a former Democrat liberal from many years back, circa "1960's I
understand but do not support in any way Leftists liberal perspectives. I
was politically correct before it became a fad during the early 60's. I watched
the modern Leftist liberal movement being born. During a relatively short
period John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King, and
"Bobby" Kennedy were assassinated. The world stood
still, and then dramatic Leftist changes took place. I was17 years old in
1962, and on my first tour of duty in the United States Marine Corps.
Everyone was my
brother, even those Leftists, who tried to kick the S#&! out of me in the
streets of many foreign countries I visited. I became a bit more
conservative when the Fonda, Kerry, Pelosi, Reid, "Teddy" Kennedy
crowd met my Marine brothers and I at airports whenever we returned from
Vietnam. They spit at us and chanted anti-war rhetoric as if we were the
enemy. My "favorite" biting comment from one of the mass ,
chemically altered, unwashed was literally: "How many babies have you
killed today, Marine?"
Today Leftists pretend
they think our military are heroes. It helps get more votes. In my
day, we were considered murderers even though our life was offered to give
Americans continued freedoms. That sentiment is still alive in the
Leftists movement. In fact, Imam Obama recently stated that our military
is an all volunteer force. Therefore, if they get wounded or lose a limb,
they should be responsible to pay for their own medical recovery, and not be so
"greedy" as to rely on the Veteran Administration hospitals, and
tax-payer dollars for rehabilitation.

person who passed the disastrous Obamacare Bill that steals hard working
tax-payer dollars and puts it in Medicaid to give "free" health-care

My name is d'Lynn. I'm
a disabled Vietnam vet.
I don't look too bad for a beat-up old vet, do I? And that's my ride.
She's looking pretty good also, especially when you consider that she'll turn
twenty this summer. That's right; it's a 1990 with a 1990 sidecar. I can't ride
a solo bike, ergo the sidecar rig. It's my sole means of transportation - rain
or shine, snow or wind, and this summer also marks a milestone in both of our
lives, as I will finally be able to pay her off. Twenty years old?
What? Why did it take so long? You weren’t paying attention, were you? It's
right at the beginning of this paragraph.
I am a disabled vet,
which means I receive a veteran’s administration disability pension, which also
means "I'm broke!" Just one step ahead of being homeless every month,
and
that's not an idle statement or an "Oh, woe is me" dire complaint.
There’s a point to this, so hang in there a minute or two and read on.
There's a 25-year-old
illegal immigrant woman living in Florida, with eight kids. Yes, eight
"anchor babies" and she receives just shy of $1,500 per month per
kid, plus medical, plus food stamps.
Oh, wait. I've been
informed that I shouldn't call them Food Stamps anymore. That's not PC. It's
all called “Social Assistance” now. You do the math on that yourself. I'd say
that she was schooled early in how to make it in the system. Twenty-five years old,
eight kids . . . . . yep, she started early.
You can whip out the
calculator if you want, but this woman, who never has paid a dime in taxes of
any kind, (and still doesn't – she's 'illegal,' remember?) is here in this
country
illegally. She hasn’t paid out one cent in medical for all the “anchor babies,”
makes more in one month, legally, than I receive in over a year and a half in
disability payments and I can't even get food stamps! Oops, I mean “Social
Assistance.”
Technically I am
eligible for “Social Assistance.” I was told it would be a walk through – a
gimme being disabled. No problem, and in the very next breath I was also
informed that under the law the amount I received in “Social Assistance” would
be deducted from my disability pension.
Let's say I take a
great photograph. It was just luck, a one of a kind accident, in the right
place at the right time shot. My local newspaper offers me fifty bucks to use
the photo in a featured story. (I live in a small town and fifty bucks is all
they could afford.) I have to report that fifty dollars to the VA as earned
income, which will immediately be deducted from my next month’s disability
check. If I don't report it I’m in violation of federal law and technically
they can stop my disability pension and prosecute me under a federal felony.
Pretty cool, eh, for fifty bucks?
I see no point in
dealing with two federal bureaucracies, so I don't bother. What's the point?
She's here illegally
and with just one kid would make over twice what I receive per month. She has
eight and she’s not a stand-out case. She’s not alone. That's the way the
system works.
Millions of illegal immigrants know this, know how the system works and know
how to use it. (Haven't you seen the pamphlet? It's handed out all along our
borders, "The Illegal Immigrants' Guide to Keeping America Just the Way It
Is.") and that's just the way it works.
Did you know that the
federal government provides a “refugee” in this country with a monthly
“stipend” of $1,890, plus $580 a month in “Social Assistance?” That’s $2,470 a
month, tax-free. That's two and a half times what I’m allowed to receive as a
disabled vet. And just what did they do to earn this?
All you have to do is show up on our collective doorstep, raise your right hand
and swear that you're a refugee and, bingo, receive $30,000 a year, tax-free.
That's more than someone making $15 an hour, and they have to pay taxes to
boot!
Now, in defense of the
Veterans Administration, they are doing what they can with what they've got.
This is precious little compared to what they should have to get the job done.
At least this country has a VA.
It's the Senate that
keeps passing laws, rules and guidelines, cutting their budget, denying requests
for more staff and computer systems to handle the massive work flow. Their
hands are tied by the very government that's supposed to give them what they
need to get the job done, by the government you voted into office. Don't scream
at the VA. I have. It's misguided anger.
The point to this
“story,” just why are you paying such high taxes to support this incredibly
screwed-up government?
Why? And I’m not proposing you stop paying your taxes. That's wrong. There are
good programs and reasons to pay your taxes and support our government.
What am I proposing?
It's quite simple. Vote. The government, our government, is broken and we as
the voters serve as the maintenance crew. We fix it . . .by voting. If your
state Senator has been in office more than two terms, vote 'them out at the
next election. If your state representative has been in office more than two
terms, vote 'them out of office. We put term limits on just about every
publicly-elected official in the country except the House and Senate.
Why? Believe me, they
know this and love it! Ahhh - the power!
I don't care how much
you believe, your Senator or Representative is doing a good job. They're not!
Look at the government you have....that we have. How can you state they are

know what they are planning for the American people. It is very enlightening.
Imam Obama sent me an
email that outlines his "community organizer" plans for the November
elections. He claims credit for, and apparently is proud of Obamacare,
ineffective Stimulus packages, and sweeping overhaul of Wall Street as his
major accomplishments over the last year and a half. He blames George W.
Bush for everything, without accepting responsibility for anything.
Imam Obama does not
mention anything about massive national debt, record unemployment, economic
malaise, the unsteady stock market, insurrection in the streets, racial
discord, illegal alien invasions, nuclear threat from North Korea, a
nuclear Iran, protection of Muslim terrorists by the White House, and lack of
respect for America worldwide.

Americans Of Color
Democrats are
responsible for the "new slavery" in America today. They claim
moral superiority, and patronize blacks and other minorities with
politically correct verbosity; then use them for votes! According to
World Net Daily: "The evidence has never been more compelling that
Democrats and "progressives" and leftists have not done anything
positive for blacks since some of them supported the Voting Rights Act of 1964.
(It's necessary to point out that only some Democrats supported this bill. Many
opposed it. Republicans voted in bigger percentages for the legislation.)"
In the 1930's,
Franklin Delano Roosevelt (FDR) saw the potential that black votes could be
used to elect Democrats, and he exploited it at every opportunity. In
Louisiana, Huey P. Long out did Roosevelt, by using the same entitlement outreach
program toward blacks. He literally promised blacks "a chicken
in every pot," and "a vote for me will set you free."
It worked then, and it is still working now for uncaring Democrats.
FDR literally
destroyed the black family with his "have a baby get a check, have another
baby get another check" approach to exploited blacks. As soon as
some black women discovered they did not need a man to support the family, they
depended on welfare and child support from the government. Generations
later many Americans of all ethnic backgrounds are relying on the government
for their total support.
FDR, the patron saint
of many Democrats today did very little to foster equality, improve
education opportunities, or ensure fair competition for jobs. He did
not give blacks a hand up. He merely offered them a hand out! Those
that accepted this gratuitous approach became the new Democrat slaves. A
majority of blacks still vote Democrat without any true support from their
party of choice.
Republicans, are the party
of Abraham Lincoln, yet they have allowed shrewd Democrats, many of whom only
patronize blacks for votes, to steal the Republican big-tent approach to
government. The Republican Party is for true equal rights, low taxes,
improved education opportunities, and vouchers to promote school choice rather
than Democrat forced attendance in schools with substandard teachers and
facilities.
The Civil Rights Act
of 1964 did not make blacks equal as Democrats claim. It made black
Americans a "protected category." It singled blacks out and
separated them from the job pool, and fair competition. The law demanded
special treatment because of skin color. It began school busing, and
killed neighborhoods, It dumbed down education requirements, because
according to Leftist government studies, Negroes could not learn "white
culture," nor could they do well on "white tests." Margaret
Sanger even founded "Planned Parenthood" and convinced the Democrat
party to promote legalized abortion in the black community to reduce the black
population in America. Democrats use tax payer funded abortion especially
in black communities today as a major issue in their party platform.
Since 1964, the United
Socialist States of America (USSA) under primarily Leftist influence has promoted
affirmative action and demanded that blacks be socially promoted in school
which resulted in many students being given a diploma who could not read, write
or calculate. Many young blacks with great potential, were told to
exploit their athletic prowess, and entertainment talents without regard
to developing their minds. Many young physically talented blacks, both
male and female, became very successful in sports and in the arts. Many
blacks saw sports, and entertainment as primary paths toward black
success in America, not education.
Some well-meaning
black organizations promoted "a mind is a terrible thing to waste" to
incentivize blacks to develop good study habits. Educated blacks, soon
began leaving the Democrat party, and became Independents or Republicans.
Leftists immediately branded them as "Uncle Toms" or turncoats,
because enlightened blacks realized the path of true freedom was not part of
the Democrat agenda.
In a recent World Net Daily
(WND) report that recommends purchase of Eric Rush's book
"Negrophilia" (the unnatural patronizing, and
"love" of blacks because of their skin color,) and summarizes
the Obama Regime's Leftist agenda:
"Some would say affirmative action has been a positive step for
blacks. I would disagree. I believe it has hurt blacks, making their hirings,
promotions, acceptances and contracts suspect as the result
of official policies of racial preferences rather than merit-based decisions.
It has also empowered blacks' new "masters" in government to make

corporations."

Are The Atheists?
Atheists always bring legal cases against
Christmas, Easter and Passover Holy days. They
argue against "In God We Trust" on money, the Bible, or prayers
in school. However, I have not heard of one atheist bringing a legal suit
against Imam Obama, his celebration of Islam, or his outreach program to
Muslims and the Qur'an.
Now that the proposed New York Mosque is in
contention I haven't seen one atheist demonstrate, nor have I seen the
ACLU. One would think an atheist in "good standing," and the

Zero Mosque to object vociferously to the most holy religion of
Islam. Yet there is no protest of allah or Imam Obama. The
sound of silence is all I hear!
Where is the ground swell of indignant

fair and balanced about that? Could it be that a crucifix placed upside
down in urine is considered art, but any mention of Muhammed or his creation

States of America (USSA), more and more people are beginning to understand how
destructive and expensive this socialist program is. Obamacare has one

so that health care can be paid for by the "filthy rich. According to the
Obama Regime's definition "filthy rich" includes all loyal Americans
who actually work hard for a living, and suffer the increasing taxes

of Wealth" Obama-style so that he can retain his Idiocracy base.
So many people do not understand that increased
taxes, Social Security reductions and freezes, and stealing money from Medicare
to the tune of over 50 Billion dollars allows more of the entitled class to be
placed on Medicaid. Obamacare also causes more people to go to the
emergency room for routine medical attention so they can avoid as many health
care charges as possible.
Compounding the idiocy of Obamacare, which was supposed to cut private health
care insurance costs, rates are being as much as doubled for some
customers. The additional money is to help private insurance companies
pay for the increase in medical costs doctors and hospitals have
to charge to cover their losses when the government refuses
to pay fair market value.
Socialized medicine aka Obamacare has been forced

How
Scary Is This?
In response to my great friend and mentor, the
Big Kahuna, I will try to answer his questions regarding the young who reject
the truth from their elders, and the activities of radical terrorist Muslims
who threaten world stability and peace. Having re-read many pages in my Qur'an,
viewing the stoning to death of a young Muslim girl, cogitating upon the Muslim
father who shot his two beautiful daughters to death in Texas in an "Honor
Killing," understanding the threat to America from terrorists who want to
kill us and destroy our country, and seeing a video of a Muslim boy accused of
stealing having his arm crushed under a car wheel, I submit the following.
The young won't THINK because they are too busy
FEELING. They are taught FEELINGS in school by Socialist teachers in the
media by Leftists, and among their "sensitive" socialist
friends. I have been told by some of the young that we, the elders, were
not engaged enough with them when they were growing up. We never allowed
them to get in touch with their "true" self. We didn't take
time to "walk in their shoes!" In the age of Leftist
propaganda, many of them have been "lost" in political correctness,
white guilt, Negrophilia, religious apathy, and simple ignorance.
Regarding Islam, in my opinion it is a dangerous political
and social cult, rather than a religion. The Qur'an is filled with errors
that were made when early Muslims copied what they liked from the Jewish Torah,
7th Century texts they favored, and the words of Muhammad who could not read
nor write. It is preferred by Muslim leadership that most followers of
Muhammad be as illiterate as possible. Any one who has studied the Qur'an
knows why!
Only the elitist chosen are well educated; mainly
in Western civilized countries, i.e. Great Britain, Central Europe and the
United States. Louisiana State University (LSU) and Southern
University along with major Universities throughout the United Socialist States
of America (USSA) are filled with Muslim students who are learning
American weaknesses they can exploit. In my opinion, the most dangerous
threat to modern civilization today is fanatical ISLAM. One of their most
dangerous students and admirers is Barry Barack Hussein Obama-Soetoro. Obama

down and review what is in store for you on January 1, 2011
In just six months, on January 1, 2011, the
largest tax hikes in the history of America will take effect.
They will hit families and small businesses in three great waves.
On January 1, 2011, here’s what happens... (read it to the end, so you see all
three waves)...
First Wave:
Expiration of 2001 and 2003 Tax Relief
In 2001 and 2003, the GOP Congress enacted several tax cuts for investors,
small business owners, and families.
These will all expire on January 1, 2011.
Personal income tax rates will rise.
The top income tax rate will rise from 35 to 39.6 percent (this is also the
rate at which two-thirds of small business profits are taxed).
The lowest rate will rise from 10 to 15 percent.
All the rates in between will also rise.
Itemized deductions and personal exemptions will again phase out, which has the
same mathematical effect as higher marginal tax rates.
The full list of marginal rate hikes is below:
The 10% bracket rises to an expanded 15%
The 25% bracket rises to 28%
The 28% bracket rises to 31%
The 33% bracket rises to 36%
The 35% bracket rises to 39.6%
Higher taxes on marriage and family.
The "marriage penalty" (narrower tax brackets for married couples)
will return from the first dollar of income.
The child tax credit will be cut in half from $1000 to $500 per child.
The standard deduction will no longer be doubled for married couples relative
to the single level.
The dependent care and adoption tax credits will be cut.
The Return of the Death Tax.
This year only, there is no death tax. (It’s a quirk!) For those dying on
or after January 1 , 2011, there is a 55
percent
top death tax rate on estates over $1 million. A person leaving behind
two homes, a business, a retirement account , could easily pass
along a death tax bill to their loved ones. Think of the farmers who
don’t make much money, but their land, which they purchased years ago with
after-tax dollars, is now worth a lot of money. Their children will have
to sell the farm, which may be their livelihood, just to pay the estate tax if
they don’t have the cash sitting around to pay the tax. Think about your
own family’s assets. Maybe your family owns real estate, or a business
that doesn’t make much money, but the building and equipment are worth $1
million. Upon their death, you can inherit the $1 million business tax
free, but if they own a home, stock, cash worth $500K on top of the $1 million
business, then you will owe the government $275,000 cash! That’s 55% of
the value of the assets over $1 million! Do you have that kind of cash
sitting around waiting to pay the estate tax?
Higher tax rates on savers and investors.
The capital gains tax will rise from 15 percent this year to 20 percent in
2011.
The dividends tax will rise from 15 percent this year to 39.6 percent in 2011.
These rates will rise another 3.8 percent in 2013.
Second Wave:
Obamacare
There are over twenty new or higher taxes in Obamacare. Several will first go
into effect on January 1, 2011. They include:
The "Medicine Cabinet Tax"
Thanks to Obamacare, Americans will no longer be able to use health savings
account (HSA), flexible spending account (FSA), or health reimbursement (HRA)
pre-tax dollars to purchase non-prescription, over-the-counter medicines
(except insulin).
The "Special Needs Kids Tax"
This provision of Obamacare imposes a cap on flexible spending accounts (FSAs)
of $2500 (Currently, there is no federal government limit). There is one group
of FSA owners for whom this new cap will be particularly cruel and onerous:
parents of special needs children.
There are thousands of families with special needs children in the United
States , and many of them use FSAs to pay for special needs education.
Tuition rates at one leading school that teaches special needs children in
Washington , D.C. ( National Child Research Center ) can easily exceed $14,000
per year.
Under tax rules, FSA dollars can not be used to pay for this type of special n eeds education.
The HSA (Health Savings Account) Withdrawal Tax Hike.
This provision of Obamacare increases the additional tax on non-medical early
withdrawals from an HSA from 10 to 20 percent, disadvantaging them relative to
IRAs and other tax-advantaged accounts, which remain at 10 percent.

Third Wave:
The Alternative Minimum Tax (AMT) and Employer Tax Hikes
When Americans prepare to file their tax returns in January of 2011, they'll be
in for a nasty surprise-the AMT won't be held harmless, and many tax relief
provisions will have expired.
The major items include:
The AMT will ensnare over 28 million families, up from 4 million last year.
According to the left-leaning Tax Policy Center , Congress' failure to index
the AMT will lead to an explosion of AMT taxpaying families-rising from 4
million last year to 28.5 million. These families will have to calculate
their tax burdens twice, and pay taxes at the higher level. The AMT was created
in 1969 to ensnare a handful of taxpayers.
Small business expensing will be slashed and 50% expensing will disappear.
Small businesses can normally expense (rather than slowly-deduct, or
"depreciate") equipment purchases up to $250,000.
This will be cut all the way down to $25,000. Larger businesses can
currently expense half of their purchases of equipment.
In January of 2011, all of it will have to be "depreciated."
Taxes will be raised on all types of businesses.
There are literally scores of tax hikes on business that will take place.
The biggest is the loss of the "research and experimentation tax
credit," but there are many, many others. Combining high marginal tax
rates with the loss of this tax relief will cost jobs.
Tax Benefits for Education and Teaching Reduced.
The deduction for tuition and fees will not be available.
Tax credits for education will be limited.
Teachers will no longer be able to deduct classroom expenses.
Coverdell Education Savings Accounts will be cut.
Employer-provided educational assistance is curtailed.
The student loan interest deduction will be disallowed for hundreds of
thousands of families.
Charitable Contributions from IRAs no longer allowed.
Under current law, a retired person with an IRA can contribute up to $100,000
per year directly to a charity from their IRA.
This contribution also counts toward an annual "required minimum
distribution." This ability will no longer be there.

And worse yet?
Now, your insurance will be INCOME on your W2's!
One of the surprises we'll find come next year, is what follows - - a little
"surprise" that 99% of us had no idea was included in the "new
and improved" healthcare legislation . . . the dupes, er, dopes, who
backed this administration will be astonished!
Starting in 2011, (next year folks), your W-2 tax form sent by your employer
will be increased to show the value of whatever health insurance you are given
by the company. It does not matter if that's a private concern or governmental
body of some sort.
If you're retired? So what... your gross will go up by the amount of
insurance you get.
You will be required to pay taxes on a large sum of money that you have never
seen. Take your tax form you just finished and see what $15,000 or
$20,000 additional gross does to your tax debt. That's what you'll pay
next year.
For many, it also puts you into a new higher bracket so it's even worse.
This is how the government is going to buy insurance for the15% that don't have
insurance and it's only part of the tax increases.

between two PH.Ds who were discussing how the Obama Regime plays the race
card. One PH.D was a black male professor from Florida, the other was a
white female professor from California.
The white female was trying to convince the black
male that America is a racist country, and that race plays a role in everything
white people do. The quiet spoken, humble black man tried to politely
tell the white woman who is obviously suffering from the mental disease that is
Liberalism, that she was making ridiculous statements based on emotion and
agenda not facts.
She began a soliloquy that became a
shouting match as she continued to tell the black professor that he was
wrong when he said that the White House is making race a tool to push a
destructive agenda. The white female Negrophiliac became agitated, yelled
louder, pouted and sputtered because she did not know how to argue with a
person who had facts to support his argument, and actually lives as a
free-thinking black man in Obama's United Socialist States of America
(USSA). She only had her Leftist white-guilt "feelings" to
support her position.
The black professor tried to tell the white
female that the reason the country is turning on Barry Barack Hussein

While Michelle Obama, the modern day Marie
Antoinette is vacationing in Spain, and spending hundreds of thousands of
tax-payer dollars, Barry Barack Hussein Obama-Soetoro is touring the United
Socialist States of America (USSA). He is on a fund raising, and Mission
Accomplished Tour.
Obama and his Regime are giving interviews to the
government-owned, alphabet media shouting the news to all: Mission
Accomplished! According to the Obama Regime the economy is rebounding,
joblessness is improving, Democrats will keep the House and Senate in November,
and all is well in Obama-land.
The truth is: the economy continues to suffer,
unemployment is up, Leftist Democrat poll numbers are crashing, and the
Kool-Aid appears to be wearing off. Even his Black, Latino, and Female
followers are slowly moving more toward the Center and away from his Marxist
agenda.
No honest person who has read and understands the
disaster that is Obamacare can see any benefit from a government owned health
care program that may actually be worse than Britain's. The poor are just
beginning to see that Obamacare requires them to buy health care insurance
whether they want it or not! Those who don't buy government mandated
health care insurance will be fined. If they refuse to pay, the IRS now
has the authority to go into their bank accounts and take the money.
Further, those who have work related health care
as part of their employment package will be charged extra taxes beginning in
January 2011. The amount their employer pays for each employee will be
added to their gross income, and their income tax will be adjusted on money
they do not actually receive. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED? Yes, if you are
a scientific communist! Wake up America!

Thoughts
A conservative friend of mine from California
recently mentioned her disdain for the outgrowth of Woodrow Wilson's post WWI
"League of Nations" now referred to as the United Nations. It
is a sham, paid for mostly with U.S. taxpayer dollars. If anyone can convince
me it actually does any good what-so-ever I'll consider changing my view that
it is essentially worthless in assuring world peace! Placing UN
leadership in charge of U.S. troops is abhorrent to me.
When I earned my first college degree I was often
referred to as a rebel. I expressed my conservative views often. Once, I
actually said in class that able-bodied Americans should be free to starve to
death if they choose not to work for a living. I said that "hunger
is a prime motivator!" I'm sure that some thought I was a
"whack-job." I simply meant that too many generations of people have
learned how to play the socialist welfare system, and refuse to get a good
education and work for a living.
While pursing my second degree, I realized that
the way to succeed in a socialist system was to agree with the propaganda or
remain silent, pass the tests regardless of how slanted they were, and admit
that social promotions for minorities became a way of life after the 1964 Civil
Rights Act Also, students must accept affirmative action as the new
"equalizer" in the United Socialist States of America (USSA).
I attended school with students who were
guaranteed a passing grade because they were minorities. Others who did
miserably on their IQ test were excused because the tests were considered to be
written for "white-folks." A "ghetto-based" IQ test
was actually discussed. Minority students who excelled because of their
home-life, education, excellent work-ethic and brilliance were diminished
because of the socialist "free-ride" other students were
allowed. Some were made fun of by their peers. Others were labelled
"Uncle Tom!"
I have never been afraid to speak the truth as I
have learned and experienced it. As a former housing project resident in
my youth, and a member of the fastest growing and largest minority in America
today. I dare name-calling, righteous, elitist Leftists to call me a
racist! I am not afraid of an honest dialog regarding racism in America
today. In fact, I know that AO (After Obama) race relations have been set
back 100 years. The Obama Regime play the race card at every
opportunity. Why else would they sue a State for upholding Illegal Alien
laws, and appeal to Blacks, Latinos and Women as their voting base? They
totally reject the majority!
We can all do something about our situation in
America today by seeking like-minded loyal conservative Americans of all colors
and creeds who share our thoughts, and philosophy. In November, all
eligible voters can express their opinions in the voting booth by eliminating
Obama's Leftist candidates. Keep up the good fight. Please remember: It is
better to die standing than to serve on your knees! Wake up America!

Kagan served as solicitor general of the United States from March 2009 until
May of this year."
Now let us investigate this situation "my
dear Watson." Kagan protects Obama from a Constitutional
crisis. She protects her favorite presidential fraud and his secret
documents, and in return he makes her a Supreme Court judge for the rest of her
life. That seems like a fair trade to me. She will cast the vote
necessary to protect Obama when the Constitutional crisis, i.e., his
ineligibility to be president hits the Supreme Court. Elena Kagan is a

of speaking the truth. Their fear is based on being called radical by the
